Saravana Moorthy

Moorthy is a Blackboard Certified GUI Administrator working at Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), Abu Dhabi, UAE as a “Senior Officer – Helpdesk (LMS)” providing technical support to all the administrators of 16 Colleges at HCT in their functional activities of BBLearn. He is with HCT for 7.5 Years since Oct 2011. Being a quick learner interested in learning new things.

He is from the southern part of India and had a professional graduate in Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Madras University, India.

He worked in the domain of ePublishing (which involved XML, SGML, HTML and PDF conversions) and e-Learning (including course creation/migration across different Learning Management Systems such as Blackboard, WebCT, Moodle, Angel) industries (India) acquiring a diverse range of skills & experience over a period of 8.5 years. With this he had a total Industry experience of 16 years till date.
