Silishi Noushad

Silishi Noushad eLearning Officer at HCT, Ruwais Campus. Silishi is well experienced in Educational technology, Information technology and technology training in the educational and corporate sector. She worked as a Technical consultant and core team member of implementing the ERP package SAP. She has also experience in software design, development, implementation and website designing.

In her current role as eLearning Officer, she serves as a primary consultant for Learning Management Systems (LMS), conducting professional development training sessions to faculty and assists teachers for technology integration in the curriculum.
She holds master’s degree in Computer Science and Bachelor in Electronics and Communication Engineering. She is Certified English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) by Cambridge UK. At present she is also pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Education Technology.

She presented papers at the following International conferences:
1. Users perception and experience on Blackboard learn functionalities – IEE-ASET2019.
2. The Challenges and Opportunities of using Blended Learning at Al Dhafra Colleges, Higher Colleges of Technology – International Association for Blended Learning Conference 2019

Her professional interests include course design for blended learning, teaching online, and application of emerging learning technologies in education. She is passionate in learning new technologies that enhances education.
